WETTLAUFER MUSIC

Ryan began making music at an early age, playing cornet in the Salvation Army.  He played for several years in The Ontario South Divisional Youth Band (now Impact Brass), finishing on solo cornet.  In highschool he was president of the Orchard Park senior band, and won awards in the Hamilton Kiwanis music competition.  At Briercrest College he played principle trumpet in the community orchestra, began offering private lessons, and was a member of the touring musical group Sojourn. That group, led by Ken Dosso, toured North America for several years, made several recordings, and won a Prairie Music Award.  Currently Ryan plays with the Whispering River Orchestra.
